附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2012.
この省令は、平成二十四年十月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of disaster victims to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, made the hiring prescribed in Article 15-5, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern, limited to payment pertaining to workers hired before that day pursuant to (a) of that item.
この省令の施行の日前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の五第二項第一号イに規定する雇入れを行った事業主に対する被災者雇用開発助成金の支給については、同日前に同号イの規定により雇い入れられた労働者に係る支給に限り、なお従前の例による。
