附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 30, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年六月三十日から施行する。
The employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Form No. 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") that is actually submitted at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order is deemed to be the employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Form No. 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance").
この省令の施行の際現に提出されているこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）様式第二号による雇用保険被保険者資格取得届は、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）様式第二号による雇用保険被保険者資格取得届とみなす。
The employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding form of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance.
新雇保則第六条第一項の雇用保険被保険者資格取得届は、当分の間、なお旧雇保則の相当様式によることができる。
