Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of August 1, 1984.
この省令は、昭和五十九年八月一日から施行する。

第二条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The employment insurance separation slip under Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Former Ordinance"), the employment insurance insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance, the qualified recipient's certificate under Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Former Ordinance and the written notice of extension of the benefit period under Article 31, paragraph (4) of the Former Ordinance that are actually issued on the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect are deemed to be, respectively, the employment insurance separation slip under Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "New Ordinance"), the employment insurance insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance, the employment insurance qualified recipient's certificate under Article 19, paragraph (2) of the New Ordinance and the written notice of extension of the benefit period under Article 31, paragraph (4) of the New Ordinance.
この省令の施行の日において現に交付されている改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下この条において「旧規則」という。）第七条第二項の規定による雇用保険被保険者離職票、旧規則第十条第一項の規定による雇用保険被保険者証、旧規則第十九条第二項の規定による受給資格者証及び旧規則第三十一条第四項の規定による受給期間延長通知書は、それぞれ改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下この条において「新規則」という。）第七条第二項の規定による雇用保険被保険者離職票、新規則第十条第一項の規定による雇用保険被保険者証、新規則第十九条第二項の規定による雇用保険受給資格者証及び新規則第三十一条第四項の規定による受給期間延長通知書とみなす。
The employment insurance separation certificate under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance, the employment insurance separation slip under Article 7, paragraph (2) of the New Ordinance (limited to one in the form of Form No. 6 (2) after amendment), the written application for extension of the benefit period under Article 31, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance, and the qualified recipient's notification of change of name and the qualified recipient's notification of change of address under Article 49 of the New Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the Former Ordinance.
The insurance record book for insured day workers under Article 73, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance that is actually in use at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order may, for the time being, be used after making the necessary revisions.
この省令の施行の際現に使用している旧規則第七十三条第一項の規定による日雇労働被保険者手帳は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、使用することができる。
