Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

第一条（施行期日）

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2018.

この省令は、平成三十年四月一日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act

第二条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

With regard to the payment, to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), submitted the re-employment assistance plan under before amendment by the provisions of (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") or the basic plan for supporting job-seeking activities under , of the incentive for the Re-employment Support Course pertaining to that re-employment assistance plan or that basic plan for supporting job-seeking activities, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にの規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）イの再就職援助計画又はイの求職活動支援基本計画書を提出した事業主に対する当該再就職援助計画又は当該求職活動支援基本計画書に係る再就職支援コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

The provisions of Article 102-5, paragraphs (9) through (11) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") also apply where an employer that made the hiring under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date submits, after the Effective Date, the vocational training plan under Article 102-5, paragraph (9), item (i), (a) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.

の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）の規定は、施行日前に旧雇保則の規定による雇入れを行った事業主が、施行日後にイの職業訓練計画を提出した場合についても適用する。

With regard to the payment, to an employer that submitted the vocational training plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the incentive for the Human Resources Development Support Course pertaining to that vocational training plan, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ロの職業訓練計画を提出した事業主に対する当該職業訓練計画に係る人材育成支援コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment, to an employer that submitted the vocational training plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the incentive for the Transfer Human Resources Development Support Course pertaining to that vocational training plan, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ロの職業訓練計画を提出した事業主に対する当該職業訓練計画に係る移籍人材育成支援コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment, to an employer that submitted the mid-career hiring plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the incentive for the Mid-Career Hiring Expansion Course pertaining to that mid-career hiring plan, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの中途採用計画を提出した事業主に対する当該中途採用計画に係る中途採用拡大コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for promoting employment beyond age 65 to an employer that, before the Effective Date, implemented the measure under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance and filed an application for payment, or to an employer that, before the Effective Date, submitted the employment environment improvement plan under (b) of , the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの措置を実施し支給申請を行った事業主又はロの雇用環境整備計画を提出した事業主に対する六十五歳超雇用推進助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the trial employment grant to an employer that hired a worker prescribed in of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則に規定する労働者を雇い入れた事業主に対するトライアル雇用助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment, to an employer that, before the Effective Date, carried out the initiative under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance and had a male insured person it employs take childcare leave, of the grant for the Work-Family Balance Support at Birth Course pertaining to that male insured person, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの取組を行い、かつ、その雇用する男性被保険者に育児休業を取得させた事業主に対する当該男性被保険者に係る出生時両立支援コース助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for the Caregiver Turnover Prevention Support Course to an employer that took measures based on the caregiving support plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, limited to payment pertaining to that caregiving support plan.

施行日前に旧雇保則イ又はロの介護支援計画に基づく措置を講じた事業主に対する介護離職防止支援コース助成金の支給については、当該介護支援計画に係る支給に限り、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for supporting workplace retention to an employer that, before the Effective Date, submitted the plan for development of employment management systems under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the introduction and operation plan under (c), (2) of , the plan for development of wage systems under (d), (2) of , or the plan for development of wage systems under of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ロ（２）の雇用管理制度整備計画、ハ（２）の導入・運用計画、ニ（２）の賃金制度整備計画又はの賃金制度整備計画を提出した事業主に対する職場定着支援助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the career advancement grant to an employer that took the measures under , , , and of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ハ、ハ、ハ及びハの措置を講じた事業主に対するキャリアアップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, with regard to the payment of the career advancement grant to an employer (limited to one that, before the Effective Date, submitted the general vocational training implementation plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance or the fixed-term practical training implementation plan under (c), (4) of ) that, after the Effective Date, took the measure under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance for a person falling under any of the following items, the provisions then in force continue to govern:

前項の規定にかかわらず、次のいずれかに該当する者に対し、施行日後に旧雇保則ハの措置を講じた事業主（施行日前に旧雇保則ハ（１）の一般職業訓練実施計画又はハ（４）の有期実習型訓練実施計画を提出したものに限る。）に対するキャリアアップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

a person who underwent general vocational training based on that general vocational training implementation plan;

当該一般職業訓練実施計画に基づく一般職業訓練を受けた者

a person who underwent fixed-term practical training based on that fixed-term practical training implementation plan.

当該有期実習型訓練実施計画に基づく有期実習型訓練を受けた者

With regard to the payment of the grant for employment stabilization of persons with disabilities to an employer for which the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers prepared or approved the plan under or of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, limited to payment pertaining to that plan.

施行日前に旧雇保則又はの計画を独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構が作成し、又は承認した事業主に対する障害者雇用安定助成金の支給については、当該計画に係る支給に限り、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for employment stabilization of persons with disabilities to an employer that submitted the plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, limited to payment pertaining to that plan.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの計画を提出した事業主に対する障害者雇用安定助成金の支給については、当該計画に係る支給に限り、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment, to an employer that submitted the plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the grant for establishment, etc. of facilities for employing large numbers of persons with disabilities in small and medium-sized enterprises pertaining to that plan, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの計画を提出した事業主に対する当該計画に係る中小企業障害者多数雇用施設設置等助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for supporting improvement, etc. of personnel evaluation to an employer that submitted the plan concerning the development of a personnel evaluation system, etc. under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ハの人事評価制度等の整備に関する計画を提出した事業主に対する人事評価改善等支援助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the human resources development support grant to an employer that, before the Effective Date, submitted the plan for introducing and applying a system under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, or an employer that, before the Effective Date, submitted the test implementation plan under (e), (1) of , the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ニ（４）の制度導入・適用計画を提出した事業主又はホ（１）の検定実施計画を提出した事業主に対する人材開発支援助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the career advancement grant to an employer that submitted the general vocational training implementation plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance or the fixed-term practical training implementation plan under (c), (4) of before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ハ（１）の一般職業訓練実施計画又はハ（４）の有期実習型訓練実施計画を提出した事業主に対するキャリアアップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment, to an employer or other such person that submitted the plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the grant for vocational ability development for persons with disabilities, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの計画を提出した事業主等に対する障害者職業能力開発助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the incentive for the Regional Employment Development Course to an employer that submitted the plan under of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to the Director of the Kumamoto Labor Bureau before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の計画を熊本労働局長に提出した事業主に対する地域雇用開発コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment, to an employer of a place of business located in a specified disaster-affected area that submitted the annual vocational ability development plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the human resources development support grant under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance as applied with replaced terms pursuant to of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

特定被災区域内に所在する事業所の事業主であって、施行日前に旧雇保則イ（１）の年間職業能力開発計画を提出した事業主に対する旧雇保則の規定により読み替えて適用する旧雇保則の人材開発支援助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
