附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of specified job seekers under Article 109 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act pertaining to hiring on a day before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前の日における雇入れに係る雇用保険法施行規則第百九条の特定求職者雇用開発助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
