附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa comes into effect (April 1, 2002).
この省令は、沖縄振興特別措置法の施行の日（平成十四年四月一日）から施行する。
The provisions of Article 1, paragraph (1), item (iii) and Article 6, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Measures Act, the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (2), item (v) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons, and the provisions of Article 83, paragraph (4), item (ii) and Article 110, paragraph (2), item (i), (a), (8) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, all before amendment by this Ministerial Order, remain in force with respect to persons who have been issued an Okinawa unemployed persons' job seeker's handbook pursuant to Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Act on Special Measures for Okinawa Promotion and Development (Act No. 131 of 1971) before it ceased to be effective.
この省令による改正前の雇用対策法施行規則第一条第一項第三号及び第六条第一項第二号の規定、高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律施行規則第七条第二項第五号の規定並びに雇用保険法施行規則第八十三条第四項第二号及び第百十条第二項第一号イ（８）の規定は、失効前の沖縄振興開発特別措置法（昭和四十六年法律第百三十一号）第四十一条第一項の規定による沖縄失業者求職手帳の発給を受けた者については、なおその効力を有する。
