第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the grant for the General Trial Course to an employer that, through a referral made before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in the following paragraph referred to as the "Effective Date") under Article 110-3, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter in the following paragraph referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance"), concluded the labor contract under (a) of that item, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the human resources development support grant to an employer that, before the Effective Date, implemented the general vocational training or fixed-term practical training prescribed in Article 125, paragraph (7), item (i), (a) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
