This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.

The provisions of Article 18-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to subsidies by the national government pertaining to the budgets for fiscal 1994 and fiscal 1995.
