附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of July 1, 2024.
この省令は、令和六年七月一日から施行する。
Documents that actually exist at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order and are used in accordance with the forms before amendment by this Ministerial Order (excluding Form No. 8 of the Former Order; the same applies in the following paragraph) are deemed to be in accordance with the forms as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式（旧令様式第八号を除く。次項において同じ。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the forms before amendment by this Ministerial Order that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
