This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness, etc. (Act No. 26 of 2018; referred to as the "Amending Act" in the following paragraph) (July 9, 2018).
この省令は、産業競争力強化法等の一部を改正する法律（平成三十年法律第二十六号。次項において「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成三十年七月九日）から施行する。
