附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 17-2-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order apply to the paid leave under paragraph (2), item (i), (a) or (b) of that Article taken on or after April 1, 2020.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の二の三の規定は、令和二年四月一日以降に取得した同条第二項第一号イ又はロの有給休暇について適用する。
With regard to the payment of the grant for the COVID-19 Elementary School Closure, etc. Response Course to an employer that, during the period from February 27, 2020 to March 31 of the same year, had an insured person it employs take paid leave pursuant to Article 17-2-3, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) or (b) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
