附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年十月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of persons with a developmental disability pertaining to that person with a developmental disability to an employer that hired a person with a developmental disability before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

「発達障害者」
A person with a developmental disability (発達障害者) as Article 2, paragraph (2) of the Act on Support for Persons with Developmental Disabilities defines it: a person who has a developmental disability and whose daily or social life is restricted by that disability and by social barriers.
