This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on the Arrangement of Terminology concerning Impairments (Act No. 66 of 1982) (October 1, 1982).
この省令は、障害に関する用語の整理に関する法律（昭和五十七年法律第六十六号）の施行の日（昭和五十七年十月一日）から施行する。
