附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 15-4-3, paragraph (13) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order apply to leave, etc. prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of that Ordinance that began on or after April 5, 2021.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の四の三第十三項の規定は、令和三年四月五日以降に開始した同令第百二条の三第一項第二号イに規定する休業等について適用する。
