Supplementary Provisions

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of August 1, 2016.

①With regard to the payment, to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), submitted the re-employment assistance plan under Article 102-5, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") or the basic plan for supporting job-seeking activities under item (ii), (a) of that paragraph, of the re-employment support incentive pertaining to that re-employment assistance plan or that basic plan for supporting job-seeking activities, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②With regard to the payment, to an employer that made the hiring under Article 102-5, paragraph (6), item (i), (a) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, of the incentive for supporting development of accepted human resources pertaining to that hiring, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

③With regard to the payment, to an employer that, after the Effective Date, hired a person falling under any of the following, of the incentive for supporting development of accepted human resources pertaining to that hiring, the provisions then in force continue to govern:
