Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Support for Management Innovation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises comes into effect.
この省令は、中小企業経営革新支援法の一部を改正する法律の施行の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant pertaining to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, fell under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (b) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第一項第一号ロに該当する事業主に係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
