附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 1-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order apply to persons who separated from service on or after May 1, 2020.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第一条の四の規定は、令和二年五月一日以降に離職した者について適用する。
