第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2022.
この省令は、令和四年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 101-16 and 101-22 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order apply to the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act or the leave prescribed in Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of that Act, in either case leave that began on or after April 1, 2022.
この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の十六及び第百一条の二十二の規定は、令和四年四月一日以降に開始した雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業又は同法第六十一条の七第一項に規定する休業について適用する。
