Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The childcare leave-related benefits qualification confirmation form / (initial) childcare leave benefits application and the childcare leave benefits application under Article 101-13, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order.
この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の十三第一項の育児休業給付受給資格確認票・（初回）育児休業給付金支給申請書及び育児休業給付金支給申請書は、当分の間、なおこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則の相当様式によることができる。
