Supplementary Provisions

①This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1992.

②With regard to the monthly amount of the commuting allowance for the months on or before March 1992, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

③With regard to the payment of the childcare leave incentive to an employer that became eligible, by the day preceding the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), to receive payment of the childcare leave incentive pursuant to Article 116 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

④With regard to the payment of the subsidy benefit for the use of childcare leave in specified occupations to an employer that became eligible, by the day preceding the Effective Date, to receive payment of the subsidy benefit for the use of childcare leave in specified occupations pursuant to Article 117 of the Former Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑤The employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Article 6, paragraph (1), the employment insurance notification of loss of insured status under Article 7, paragraph (1), the employment insurance notification of transfer out of an insured person under Article 13, paragraph (1), and the employment insurance notification of change of name under Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the Former Ordinance.
