附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 1992.
この省令は、平成四年十月一日から施行する。
With regard to an insured person who reached mandatory retirement age before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions of Article 14-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment do not apply.
この省令の施行の日前に定年に達した被保険者については、改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第十四条の二の規定は、適用しない。
With regard to the payment of the re-employment allowance to a qualified recipient who took up stable employment before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
