第十五条の四の四
With regard to leave, etc. of covered insured persons prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a), at a place of business located within the area of Kumamoto Prefecture at the time of the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake (limited to leave, etc. whose target period under (a), (1) of item (ii) of that paragraph begins on a day in the period from July 28, 2026 until the day on which six months have passed counting from that day), implemented by an employer that falls under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) and that has been abruptly compelled to curtail business activities due to economic reasons accompanying the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, the provisions of paragraph (2), item (ii) of that Article do not apply.
第百二条の三第一項第一号イに該当する事業主であつて、令和八年熊本地震に伴う経済上の理由により、急激に事業活動の縮小を余儀なくされたものが行う令和八年熊本地震に際し熊本県の区域内に所在する事業所における第百二条の三第一項第二号イに規定する対象被保険者の休業等（同項第二号イ（１）の対象期間の初日が令和八年七月二十八日から起算して六月が経過する日までの間にあるものに限る。）については、同条第二項第二号の規定は、適用しない。
