With regard to the insured person's certificate of health insurance in the case where a person who, at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, has actually been issued an insured person's certificate by the Association or a health insurance society submits, on or after the Effective Date, an employment insurance written application for reissuance of an insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern during the period for which that insured person's certificate was to remain effective.
