第二条（経過措置）

With regard to the payment of the grant for employment stabilization of elderly persons to an employer that made the hiring under before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下この条において「施行日」という。）前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下この条において「旧雇保則」という。）ロ（１）の雇入れを行った事業主に対する高年齢者雇用安定助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the incentive for employment stabilization of persons with a mental disability, etc. to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により精神障害者等雇用安定奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する精神障害者等雇用安定奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for ability improvement through positive action under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that, before the Effective Date, publicly announced the target value prescribed in , the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イに規定する目標値を公表した事業主に対するのポジティブ・アクション能力アップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
