②The employment insurance insured person's certificate under Form No. 7 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance and the employment insurance record book under Form No. 11-4 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that are actually issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order are deemed to be, respectively, the employment insurance insured person's certificate under Form No. 7 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance and the employment insurance record book under Form No. 11-4 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.

③The employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance notification of loss of insured status under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance written application for reissuance of an insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (3) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance notification of change of classification under Article 12-2 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance notification of transfer under Article 13 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance notification of change of name under Article 14 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the employment insurance record book under Article 17-2 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the continuous employment benefits for the elderly qualification confirmation form / (initial) written application for continuous employment benefits for the elderly and the written application for continuous employment benefits for the elderly under Article 101-5, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the childcare leave-related benefits qualification confirmation form / (initial) written application for basic childcare leave benefits and the written application for basic childcare leave benefits / written application for return-to-work benefits for persons on childcare leave under Article 101-13, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the application for nursing care leave benefits under Article 101-19, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance.

④With regard to the payment of the support benefit for job-seeking activities, etc. to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that support benefit for job-seeking activities, etc. pursuant to Article 102-5, paragraph (2) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑤With regard to the payment of the re-employment support benefit to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that re-employment support benefit pursuant to Article 102-5, paragraph (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑥With regard to the payment of the settlement course support benefit to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that benefit pursuant to Article 102-5, paragraph (4) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑦With regard to the payment of the continuous employment system incentive under Article 104, paragraph (2) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that came to fall under item (i) or (ii) of that paragraph before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force are to continue to govern.

⑧With regard to the payment of the grant for continuous employment of many persons under Article 104, paragraph (4) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the payment of the continuous employment system incentive for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the preceding paragraph is deemed to be the payment of the continuous employment system incentive under Article 104, paragraph (2) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance. In this case, the phrase "the securing measure period under paragraph (2), item (iii)" in paragraph (4) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the period during which the continuous employment system incentive for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 71 of 2006) is paid", and the phrase "took the securing measures" in item (i), (b) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "established the continuous employment system prescribed in paragraph (2), item (i) before amendment by the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, etc.".

⑨With regard to the payment of the grant for business start-up support for qualified recipients to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 110-2, paragraph (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑩With regard to the payment of the special regional employment promotion incentive to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to Article 112, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑪With regard to the payment of the grant for childcare facilities at places of business to an employer or an employers' organization that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 116, paragraph (2) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑫With regard to the payment of the grant for childcare and caregiving expenses to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 116, paragraph (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑬With regard to the payment of the grant for securing substitute personnel for childcare leave, etc. to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 116, paragraph (4) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑭With regard to the payment of the grant for supporting the balance of work and childcare to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 116, paragraph (5) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑮With regard to the payment of the benefit for promoting participation of male workers in childcare to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that benefit pursuant to Article 116, paragraph (6) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑯With regard to the payment of the grant for securing core caregiving human resources under Article 117, paragraph (2) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan under Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Act on Improvement of Employment Management and Other Matters for Care Workers (Act No. 63 of 1992; hereinafter referred to as the "Care Workers Act"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑰With regard to the payment of the grant for caregiving employment management under Article 117, paragraph (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan under Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Care Workers Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑱With regard to the payment of the grant for improving employment management in small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 118, paragraph (2) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to a small and medium-sized enterprise that is a member of a business cooperative, etc. that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan under Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Improvement of Employment Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises for Securing Manpower and Creating Quality Jobs (Act No. 57 of 1991; hereinafter referred to as the "Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Manpower Securing Act"), or to a small and medium-sized enterprise that, before the Effective Date, so applied, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑲With regard to the payment of the grant for securing core human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 118, paragraph (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to a small and medium-sized enterprise that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan under Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Manpower Securing Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

⑳With regard to the payment of the career formation promotion grant to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 125 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

（二十一）With regard to the payment of the caregiving ability development benefit under Article 125-2 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan under Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Care Workers Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

（二十二）With regard to the payment of the incentive for implementing the return-to-work program for persons on childcare leave to an employer or an employers' organization that came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to Article 139, paragraph (2) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

（二十三）With regard to the payment of the incentive for implementing the program for returning workers from caregiver leave to an employer or an employers' organization that came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to Article 139, paragraph (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

（二十四）With regard to the payment of the grant for improvement of employment management, etc. of part-time workers to a small and medium-sized enterprise employer and a small and medium-sized enterprise employers' association that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 140, item (xviii) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance and Article 5-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Improvement, etc. of Employment Management for Part-Time Workers before amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

（二十五）With regard to the payment of the grant for support for smooth labor mobility in the construction industry to a small and medium-sized construction employer, or a small and medium-sized construction employers' association or federation thereof, that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 17-6, paragraph (4), (6) or (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
