附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 15-4-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order apply to secondment on or after October 1, 2026.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の四の六の規定は、令和八年十月一日以降の出向について適用する。
