第五条
With regard to the application of Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance as applied with replaced terms pursuant to Article 15-4-3-2, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to leave, etc. of covered insured persons implemented by the employer under paragraph (1) of that Article, being leave, etc. whose base period for determination has its first day in the period from December 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
