This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of November 1, 2023.
この省令は、令和五年十一月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the incentive for the Employment Maintenance Support Course to an employer pertaining to secondment carried out under the secondment plan prescribed in Article 15-4-5, paragraph (2), item (i), (e) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order, or post-return training carried out under the vocational training plan prescribed in item (iii), (a) of that paragraph, where that secondment plan or vocational training plan was notified to the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に都道府県労働局長に届け出られたこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の四の五第二項第一号ホに規定する出向計画に基づき行われた出向又は同項第三号イに規定する職業訓練計画に基づき行われた復帰後訓練に係る事業主に対する雇用維持支援コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
