Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

第一条（施行期日）

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 118-2, paragraphs (5) and (6) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order apply from September 1, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "application date").

この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条の二第五項及び第六項の規定は令和四年九月一日（以下「適用日」という。）から適用する。

第二条（経過措置）

With regard to the payment of the incentive for the Early Hiring Support Course to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), received the certification of the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office under before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") for a re-employment assistance plan, or made the submission under for a basic plan for supporting job-seeking activities, and made the hiring under , the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に再就職援助計画についてこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）イ（１）の公共職業安定所長の認定を受け、又は求職活動支援基本計画書についてイ（２）の提出を行い、の雇入れを行った事業主に対する早期雇入れ支援コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the incentive for the Mid-Career Hiring Expansion Course to an employer that, before the Effective Date, submitted the mid-career hiring plan under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イの中途採用計画を提出した事業主に対する中途採用拡大コース奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the career advancement grant to an employer that, before the application date, took the measure under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

適用日前に旧雇保則ハの措置を講じた事業主に対するキャリアアップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the career advancement grant to an employer that, during the period from the application date to March 31, 2023, took the measure under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force may continue to govern.

適用日から令和五年三月三十一日までの間に、旧雇保則ハの措置を講じた事業主に対するキャリアアップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例によることができる。

With regard to the payment of the career advancement grant (limited to payment pursuant to the provisions of of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance) to an employer that, before the Effective Date, took the measure under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の措置を講じた事業主に対するキャリアアップ助成金の支給（旧雇保則の規定によるものに限る。）については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the human resources development support grant to an employer that, before the Effective Date, implemented the flat-rate training or self-directed vocational ability development training prescribed in of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則に規定する定額制訓練又は自発的職業能力開発訓練を実施した事業主に対する人材開発支援助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
