第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 15-4-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") apply to secondment, or post-return training prescribed in Article 15-4-5, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as "training"), carried out for a day on or after October 1, 2022, and, except where payment is made pursuant to the following Article, with regard to secondment or training carried out for a day on or before September 30 of the same year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）附則第十五条の四の五の規定は、令和四年十月一日以後の日について行われる出向又は新規則附則第十五条の四の五第二項第三号に規定する復帰後訓練（以下「訓練」という。）に適用し、次条の規定により支給する場合を除き、同年九月三十日以前の日について行われた出向又は訓練については、なお従前の例による。
