附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 17-2-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to the paid leave under paragraph (1), item (i) of that Article taken on or after April 1, 2020, and the provisions of Article 17-2-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance apply to the leave under paragraph (2), item (i) of that Article taken on or after May 7 of the same year, respectively.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）附則第十七条の二の二の規定は令和二年四月一日以降に取得した同条第一項第一号の有給休暇について、新雇保則第十七条の二の五の規定は同年五月七日以降に取得した同条第二項第一号の休暇について、それぞれ適用する。
