Supplementary Provisions, Article 3

With regard to the employment adjustment grant prescribed in Article 102-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 3 of 1975; hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Insurance Ordinance") (including the grant for emergency employment stabilization in small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Ordinance before amendment by the provisions of Article 1 of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 55 of 2013), pertaining to the payment of the grant for emergency employment stabilization in small and medium-sized enterprises for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (9) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ministerial Order; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), the amount of the employment adjustment grant for which the first day of the target period (meaning, for that pertaining to the leave, etc. prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the Employment Insurance Ordinance, the base period for determination prescribed in (a), (5) of that item, and, for that pertaining to the secondment prescribed in (b) of that item, the payment period prescribed in paragraph (2), item (ii) of that Article; the same applies in item (ii)) belongs to the period subject to change and whose amount was calculated by March 17, 2019 is the amount obtained by adding, to the amount set out in item (i), the amount obtained by multiplying the amount obtained by deducting the amount set out in item (ii) from the amount set out in item (i) (where that amount is less than zero, it is zero) by the rate determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare:
