Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2017; provided, however, that the amending provisions in Article 1 to Article 28-3, paragraph (1), item (ii) and paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, the amending provision that adds one Article after Article 28-4 of that Ordinance, and the amending provision to Article 36, paragraph (1), item (iv), (a) of that Ordinance, and the provisions of Article 3, come into effect as of August 1 of the same year.
この省令は、平成二十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則第二十八条の三第一項第二号及び第二項の改正規定、第二十八条の四の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第三十六条第一項第四号イの改正規定並びに第三条の規定は、同年八月一日から施行する。
