Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Forms
第三条（様式に関する経過措置）
Documents that are actually submitted or issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order and are used in accordance with the forms (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance" in the following Article) are deemed to be in accordance with the forms of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
