附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of March 1, 2013.
この省令は、平成二十五年三月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the re-employment support benefit pertaining to persons who separated from service before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order and who are the plan-covered insured persons prescribed in Article 102-5, paragraph (2), item (i), (b) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 1 and the insured persons subject to support documents, etc. prescribed in item (ii), (b) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に離職した者であって、第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の五第二項第一号ロに規定する計画対象被保険者及び同項第二号ロに規定する支援書等対象被保険者に係る再就職支援給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

An insured person covered by an employer's re-employment assistance plan (再就職援助計画), other than a specially insured person in short-term employment (短期雇用特例被保険者), an insured day worker (日雇労働被保険者), a person the employer has employed as an insured person for less than one year without a break, and a person expected to return to the employer's business establishment.
