第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of the main clause of Article 102-3, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to an employer (excluding an employer of a place of business located within the areas of Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima Prefectures (hereinafter referred to as an "employer in the disaster-affected areas")) for which the start date of the target period prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "target period") is on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and, for an employer (excluding an employer in the disaster-affected areas) for which the start date of the target period is before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下この条において「新雇保則」という。）第百二条の三第三項本文の規定は、雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第三項に規定する対象期間（以下「対象期間」という。）の開始の日がこの省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後である事業主（岩手県、宮城県及び福島県の区域内に所在する事業所の事業主（以下「被災地事業主」という。）を除く。）について適用し、対象期間の開始の日が施行日前である事業主（被災地事業主を除く。）については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of the main clause of Article 15, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance apply to an employer (excluding an employer in the disaster-affected areas) for which the start date of the target period is on or after the Effective Date, and, for an employer (excluding an employer in the disaster-affected areas) for which the start date of the target period is before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新雇保則附則第十五条第四項本文の規定は、対象期間の開始の日が施行日以後である事業主（被災地事業主を除く。）について適用し、対象期間の開始の日が施行日前である事業主（被災地事業主を除く。）については、なお従前の例による。
For an employer in the disaster-affected areas for which the start date of the target period is before April 1, 2013, the provisions of the main clause of Article 102-3, paragraph (3) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance do not apply, and the provisions of the main clause of Article 102-3, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance" in the following paragraph) remain in force.
被災地事業主であって、対象期間の開始の日が平成二十五年四月一日前である者については、新雇保則第百二条の三第三項本文の規定は適用せず、第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（次項において「旧雇保則」という。）第百二条の三第三項本文の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
For an employer in the disaster-affected areas for which the start date of the target period is before April 1, 2013, the provisions of the main clause of Article 15, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance do not apply, and the provisions of the main clause of Article 15, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance remain in force.
被災地事業主であって、対象期間の開始の日が平成二十五年四月一日前である者については、新雇保則附則第十五条第四項本文の規定は適用せず、旧雇保則附則第十五条第四項本文の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
