附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of December 1, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年十二月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the special incentive for conversion of young persons, etc. to regular employment pertaining to the hiring to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, hired a worker for a fixed period of three months or less, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に労働者を三箇月以内の期間を定めて雇い入れた事業主に対する当該雇入れに係る若年者等正規雇用化特別奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
