Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

第一条（施行期日）

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provision in Article 1 that adds one Article after Article 15-9 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act comes into effect as of July 10, 2009.

この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の九の次に一条を加える改正規定は、平成二十一年七月十日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 15-3, paragraphs (2) and (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") and Article 2, paragraph (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, etc. apply as from April 1, 2009.

この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）附則第十五条の三第二項及び第四項並びに雇用保険法施行規則等の一部を改正する省令附則第二条第六項の規定は、平成二十一年四月一日から適用する。

第二条（雇用安定事業等に関する経過措置）

With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), made the notification under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第百二条の三第一項第三号の届出を行った事業主に対する雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for employment stabilization, etc. for childcare and caregiving under Article 116, item (iii) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive the grant for employment stabilization, etc. for childcare and caregiving pursuant to that item, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則第百十六条第三号の規定により育児・介護雇用安定等助成金を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する同号の育児・介護雇用安定等助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for emergency employment stabilization in small and medium-sized enterprises to an employer that, before the Effective Date, made the notification under Article 15, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則附則第十五条第二項第三号の届出を行った事業主に対する中小企業緊急雇用安定助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the training, etc. support benefit to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive the training, etc. support benefit pursuant to Article 17-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則附則第十七条の七の規定により訓練等支援給付金を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する訓練等支援給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Forms

第三条（様式に関する経過措置）

The insurance record book for insured day workers under Form No. 11-4 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that is actually issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order is deemed to be the insurance record book for insured day workers under Form No. 11-4 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.

この省令の施行の際現に交付されている旧雇保則様式第十一号の四による日雇労働被保険者手帳は、新雇保則様式第十一号の四による日雇労働被保険者手帳とみなす。

The insurance record book for insured day workers under Article 17-2, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding form of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance.

新雇保則第十七条の二第一項第四号の日雇労働被保険者手帳は、当分の間、なお旧雇保則の相当様式によることができる。
