Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2006.
この省令は、平成十八年十月一日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the trial employment incentive to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to Article 110-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第百十条の三の規定により試行雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する試行雇用奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment creation, etc. and ability development in small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 125, paragraph (7) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to a small and medium-sized enterprise that is a member of a business cooperative, etc. that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan under Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Improvement of Employment Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises for Securing Manpower and Creating Quality Jobs (Act No. 57 of 1991) (such a plan is hereinafter referred to as an "improvement plan"), or to a small and medium-sized enterprise that, before the Effective Date, applied for certification of an improvement plan, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
