第五条（教育訓練給付の期間延長に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 101-2-3 of the New Ordinance apply where the period pertaining to the notification under that Article during which a person has been unable to commence the educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 116 of 1974) for 30 or more consecutive days begins on or after the Effective Date.
新規則第百一条の二の三の規定は、同条の規定による申出に係る引き続き三十日以上雇用保険法（昭和四十九年法律第百十六号）第六十条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始することができない期間が施行日以後に開始する場合について適用する。
