第二条（休業又は勤務時間短縮開始時の賃金の届出に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 14-5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") apply to an insured person who commenced, on or after the Effective Date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the leave prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article, or an insured person who is subject to the shortening of working hours prescribed in that paragraph that commenced on or after the Effective Date.
第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第十四条の五の規定は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に同条第一項に規定する休業を開始した被保険者又は施行日以後に開始された同項に規定する勤務時間の短縮の対象となる被保険者について適用する。
