第三条（特定不況業種等に係る雇用調整助成金の経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for leave, educational training or secondment implemented by an employer that fell under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (e) of the Former Ordinance on the day preceding the Effective Date and implemented within the period attached for the relevant specified depressed industry pursuant to the first sentence of Article 2, paragraph (2) of the Act on Special Measures for the Employment Stabilization of Workers Related to Specified Depressed Industries, etc. (Act No. 39 of 1983; hereinafter referred to as the "Specified Depressed Industries Act") (where, on or after the Effective Date, that period has been extended pursuant to the second sentence of that paragraph, limited to the period before that extension), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日の前日に旧規則第百二条の三第一項第一号ホに該当していた事業主が実施する休業、教育訓練又は出向であって当該特定不況業種について特定不況業種等関係労働者の雇用の安定に関する特別措置法（昭和五十八年法律第三十九号。以下「業種法」という。）第二条第二項前段の規定により付された期間（施行日以後において当該期間が同項後段の規定により延長された場合においては、当該延長前の期間に限る。）内に行われるものに係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

施行日の前日に旧規則第百二条の三第一項第一号ヘに該当していた事業主が実施する休業、教育訓練又は出向であって当該特定雇用調整業種について業種法第二条第三項前段の規定により付された期間（施行日以後において当該期間が同項後段の規定により延長された場合においては、当該延長前の期間に限る。）内に行われるものに係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for leave, educational training or secondment implemented by an employer that fell under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (g) of the Former Ordinance on the day preceding the Effective Date and implemented within the period during which, in association with the reduction, etc. of business scale pertaining to the certification under Article 2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the Specified Depressed Industries Act for the relevant special case place of business, it intends to take measures for the prevention of unemployment with respect to the workers it employs (where that period exceeds two years counting from the day of the certification under that item, two years counting from the day on which it received the certification under that item), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日の前日に旧規則第百二条の三第一項第一号トに該当していた事業主が実施する休業、教育訓練又は出向であって当該特例事業所に係る業種法第二条第一項第六号の認定に係る事業規模の縮小等に伴いその雇用する労働者について失業の予防のための措置を講じようとする期間（当該期間が同号の認定の日から起算して二年を超えるときは、同号の認定を受けた日から起算して二年）内に行われるものに係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under the provisions of the preceding three paragraphs, the provisions of Article 15, paragraphs (5) through (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Ordinance remain in force.
前三項の規定による雇用調整助成金の支給については、旧規則附則第十五条第五項から第八項までの規定は、なおその効力を有する。
