附　則

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.

この省令は、公布の日から施行する。

With regard to the payment of the promotion organization grant under Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") where, before the Effective Date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), an organization prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article conducted the activities prescribed in that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）附則第十八条第三項に規定する団体が同項に規定する活動を行った場合における同条第二項の推進団体助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the software human resources development project grant under Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Ordinance where, before the Effective Date, an approved business operator prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article conducted the operations prescribed in paragraph (4) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧規則附則第十八条第三項に規定する承認事業者が同条第四項に規定する業務を行った場合における同条第二項のソフトウェア人材育成事業助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the software human resources development project dispatch incentive under Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Ordinance to an employer that has workers undergo the vocational training prescribed in paragraph (5) of that Article commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に開始された旧規則附則第十八条第五項に規定する職業訓練を受けさせる事業主に対する同条第二項のソフトウェア人材育成事業派遣奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
