附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 1999.
この省令は、平成十一年一月一日から施行する。
To an employer that became eligible to receive payment of the special grant for supporting job transfer of middle-aged and older workers during the period until September 30, 1999 pursuant to Article 17-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "New Ordinance" in the following paragraph), that special grant for supporting job transfer of middle-aged and older workers may be paid on or after October 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article.
To an employer that, by March 31, 2000, has come to be able to receive payment of the incentive for employing many emergency day workers pursuant to Article 17-8, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, notwithstanding paragraph (1) of that Article, the incentive for employing many emergency day workers may be paid on or after April 1 of that year as well.
平成十二年三月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十七条の八第二項の規定により緊急日雇労働者多数雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該緊急日雇労働者多数雇用奨励金を支給することができる。
