Supplementary Provisions

①This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1996.

②With regard to the payment of the ability development benefit under Article 125, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") pertaining to eligible vocational training under paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of that Article commenced before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and of the self-development subsidy benefit under paragraph (1) of that Article pertaining to paid educational training leave under paragraph (3), item (i), (a) of that Article and eligible vocational training under (b) of that item, each commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

③With regard to the payment of the ability development benefit for business conversion, etc. of small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 124 of the Former Ordinance pertaining to eligible vocational training under Article 125-2, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) of the Former Ordinance and paid educational training leave under item (ii), (a) of that paragraph, each commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

④With regard to the payment of the human resources upgrading ability development benefit under Article 125-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to paid educational training leave under paragraph (4), item (i), (b), (2), (i) of that Article commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
