第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1996.
この省令は、平成八年四月一日から施行する。

第三条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the regular employment preparation grant to a qualified day worker recipient listed in Article 83, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 5 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") who took up stable employment before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に安定した職業に就いた第五条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第八十三条第三項第一号に掲げる日雇受給資格者に対する常用就職支度金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
The insurance record book for insured day workers under Article 17-2, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that is actually in use on the Effective Date may, for the time being, be used after making the necessary revisions.
施行日において現に使用している旧雇保則第十七条の二第一項の規定による日雇労働被保険者手帳は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、使用することができる。
