Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。

第二条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the grant for the human resources development project of small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 121, item (i) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") to a small and medium-sized enterprise employers' association or its federation that, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, became eligible to receive payment of the grant for the human resources development project of small and medium-sized enterprises pursuant to Article 122 of the Former Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に第三条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百二十二条の規定により中小企業人材育成事業助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった中小企業事業主の団体又はその連合団体に対する旧規則第百二十一条第一号の中小企業人材育成事業助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for projects promoting the securing of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 140, item (xiii) of the Former Ordinance to certified associations, etc. prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Improvement of Employment Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises for Securing Manpower (Act No. 57 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "certified associations, etc.") that, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, became eligible to receive payment of the grant for projects promoting the securing of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises pursuant to that item, and with regard to the payment of the special incentive for improving the employment environment of small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 140, item (xiv) of the Former Ordinance to a small and medium-sized enterprise prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of that Act which is a member of certified associations, etc. and which, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, became eligible to receive payment of the special incentive for improving the employment environment of small and medium-sized enterprises pursuant to that item, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に旧規則第百四十条第十三号の規定により中小企業人材確保推進事業助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった中小企業における労働力の確保のための雇用管理の改善の促進に関する法律（平成三年法律第五十七号）第五条第一項に規定する認定組合等（以下「認定組合等」という。）に対する同号の中小企業人材確保推進事業助成金又は旧規則第百四十条第十四号の規定により中小企業雇用環境整備特別奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった認定組合等の構成員たる同法第二条第一項に規定する中小企業者に対する同号の中小企業雇用環境整備特別奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
