Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
第三条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the industrial employment stabilization grant under Article 102-4 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment pertaining to vocational training under paragraph (2), item (i), (a), (2) of that Article commenced before the Effective Date, the change of assignment, etc. accompanying business conversion under (b), (2) of that item carried out before the Effective Date, and hiring through secondment or the arrangement of re-employment under (c), (1) of that item on a day before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に開始された改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の四第二項第一号イ（２）の職業訓練、施行日前に行われた同号ロ（２）の事業転換に伴う配置転換等及び施行日前の日における同号ハ（１）の出向又は再就職あつせんによる雇入れに係る同条の産業雇用安定助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
