附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 1994, and the provisions of Article 125-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply as from April 1, 1992.
この省令は、平成六年一月一日から施行し、改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百二十五条の二の規定は、平成四年四月一日から適用する。
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment pertaining to educational training prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (b) of that Article carried out before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に行われた改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第一項第二号ロに規定する教育訓練に係る同条の雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
