附　則

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.

この省令は、公布の日から施行する。

Educational training designated by the Minister of Labour, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), pursuant to Article 139-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") is deemed to be educational training designated by the Minister of Labour pursuant to Article 139-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment.

この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百三十九条の三の規定により労働大臣が指定した教育訓練については、改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百三十九条の三の規定により労働大臣が指定した教育訓練とみなす。

With regard to the payment of the incentive for course attendance by middle-aged and elderly workers under Article 138, item (iii) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to educational training prescribed in Article 139-3 of the Former Ordinance commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に開始された旧規則第百三十九条の三に規定する教育訓練に係る旧規則第百三十八条第三号の中高年齢労働者受講奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
